Lilac 11 will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete information.

We do not provide reimbursements for return postage.

Standard shipping on orders is calculated at checkout. 

Standard shipping on orders $50 or more is FREE and will be automatically applied at checkout. 

No. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

Please allow for 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. All orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. We only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders are processed within 24 hrs of order placement. If you wish to cancel or make a modification, you can send an email to info@lilac11.com with your order number and request and we will make every effort to adjust/cancel it, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

Lilac 11 is named for a flower that blooms every year; like perennial plants that experience cycles of death and rebirth, people go through phases in life where we outgrow or rid ourselves of aspects of our lives as we change and evolve. 

The number 11 is associated with the highest energy vibration we can bring into our being. Eleven also has ancient spiritual meaning in almost every religion; it represents new beginnings and a balancing energy for our emotions, thoughts and spirit.
